I'm writing this email to you on Friday afternoon because I'm off down to London tomorrow for a couple of days.

I'm yawning as I write because I was up at 04:30 for a networking event. It didn't start that early (it started at 06:30), but I woke up earlier than I needed to and decided to get up and ready anyway.

The event was a BNI event and it was a group I used to be a member of five years ago. I was standing in for a friend who is still a member.

There are a fair few members - probably about half the group - that were members when I was part of the group so I got a nice welcome and lots of hugs.
