Hi - I'm Lisa, author of The Freelance Fairytale: How to Create Your Happy Ever After.

I wrote The Freelance Fairytale as the book I wished I'd had back in 2018/19 when I felt like I was stuck in a rut with my business with no idea how to get out of it.

Fortunately, I managed to get the right help and support and I transformed my business. Now, I help other freelancers do the same.

The Freelance Fairytale Blog is named after my book and contains tips, advice and observations on freelance life.

I also have a weekly email full of marketing tips for business owners who do their own marketing.

I try to offer as much free support and advice as I can through my emails and blog, but if you'd like something a little more hands-on, I offer one-to-one mentoring.

Surviving 12 Years In Business

In April 2014, I hit send on my first freelance project. And I sent my first invoice. And I had no idea where my business was heading. Or that I’d be writing about it eleven years later.
