Hiding In Bushes For Small Rewards

I came across a strange post on Reddit yesterday. Someone posted about people cheating at their local Parkrun.

If you can't read the above, it explains that the route involves doing a couple of laps of the park and then running up a straight to the finish. These men were hiding in a bush and then sneaking out to join in just for the finishing straight.

They weren't cutting to the front to try and finish first. They were just skipping most of the run and then registering an average finish time.
