Every Monday, I send my weekly email. This opens with some general observations on freelance life, based on my my own experience and learnings.

You'll also receive a ten-minute task, so named because it should take around ten minutes. The goal is to help you improve your sales and marketing processes. Completing these tasks won't magically transform your business, but doing one small thing each week to improve is better than doing nothing.

Rounding off the email are my weekly anagrams - something to get your brain going on a Monday.

Every Wednesday, I share a blog post where I share tips and advice on marketing, sales and running a freelance business. You can access these here on this site at any time, and the most recent will be listed at the bottom of the Monday email.

These emails and blog posts are free - no catch. Every now and then, I will promote my products and services (because I have to pay the mortgage somehow), but there will never be any pressure to buy.
